Day to Day:
Insight Global's client is hiring a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join the team and be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant and bar (mostly front of the house operations). The Assistant General Manager will assist the GM in overseeing daily operations, including the opening and closing procedures, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They will support the hiring, training, and development of employees and collaborate with the management team to create and implement strategies for staff motivation, morale, and retention.
