This candidate serves as the process management and workflow technical lead in the strategic and tactical oversight and planning of business process models and development using Oracle/BEA/Fuego BPM product. In addition, this candidate oversees design, implementation, and support of business processes for a large scale Enterprise Telecom Business Support System. This candidate is also responsible for analysis of the current AS IS processes and recommendations for TO BE process models using Oracle BPM best practices. This candidate also recommends extensible integration solutions with presentation and services components. Further, this candidate monitors industry trends and provides technical and strategic roadmap to realize optimal architecture process patterns. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle software development environment.
Architect and maintain lifecycle of platform process models
Design and develop human and system interaction process models
Support production and operational support teams with root cause analysis effort and provide both short term and permanent solution recommendations.
Keeping track of Oracle BPM product roadmap and release notes.
Architect enterprise solutions using Agile methodology which includes creation of Detailed design using UML, Process Flows, Sequence Diagrams, and sometimes pseudo-code level details.
Develop Functional designs including Use Cases while interacting with Business Partners as well as End Customers.
Develop Software Cost Estimates by analyzing the Business Requirements and viable design solutions.
Closely work with Enterprise Architects, Developers, and Business Partners while developing design solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Must have skills and experience
10+ yrs experience in Software Development, with 3+ yrs. experience as an architect/designer.
3+ years of experience on Oracle/BEA/Fuego BPM platform, with 2+ years working as architect.
3 + years experience developing SOA applications using BEA Technical Stack.
3+ years experience integrating distributed Applications and services including .Net, J2EE, and Client/Server Applications.
Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment.
Application development using relational database preferably using Oracle or SQL Server.
Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills.
Must be a team player.
Must have can do /will do attitude.
Desired skills and experience
4+ yrs of total experience with BPM/Workflow based products like Savvion, Lombardi, Tibco or other CRM products
Experience with CRM based applications is a plus
Exposure to Agile methodology a plus.
Experience with Cable, Telecom, or Media Company a plus.
