Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager – Customer Experience Strategy (Telecommunications) to join us in our New Jersey office focused on the Communications and Media industry
IT Strategy & Performance professionals are committed to helping our clients realize greater business value from their IT organization and investments. We assist clients with the evolving IT function as they look for it to contribute more directly to their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain/manage client relationships
• Lead/support business development activities including identification, proposal development, other pursuit activities, etc. at clients
• Work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
• Manage and/or support delivery of Advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to strategy and customer experience for the communications and media industries
• Develop and deliver Advisory solutions for the communications industry and other related industries
• Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies
• Manage and mentor Advisory staff and adhere to professional practice requirements
Qualifications:
• Seven years of experience with strategy and customer experience for the communications and media industries
• Knowledge of communications industry trends, issues and challenges
• Technical and functional/business communications industry skills
• Experience with business development, solution development, project/program management and project delivery
• Communications or media industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting from an accredited college/university
