As a Senior Business Analyst, Web Analytics, you will perform analysis that's designed to influence marketing and analytic decisions that contribute to the growth of profitable business. You will execute and manage web analytics for interactive marketing.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in depth analyses of interactive marketing performance and give recommendations to team members, senior management, and agencies. Possible analyses include:  campaign attribution and path to conversion, predictive modeling, forecasting revenue by campaign and visitor segment, and LTV. 

  • Manage the day-to-day analytic relationship with the interactive marketing agency.

  • Deliver ad-hoc requests to team members and senior management.

  • Collaborate with internal team and vendors to build interactive marketing analytical frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.

  • Implement multichannel marketing analytic frameworks, reports, and analyses that marries online and offline data.

  • Collaborate with internal resources and Omniture to implement tracking requirements.

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.

  • Three years of web analytics background required either in marketing, advertising, interactive or technology consulting, or retail environment.

  • Omniture expert, Certified Omniture Professional preferred.

  • Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills.

  • Excellent communication skills for writing reports, proposals, and presentations with proven data interpretation capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a group.

  • Advanced knowledge of the business practices and processes; knowledge of data integration from various online and offline sources.

  • Expert in Excel with SAS or SQL a plus.
