Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.


• Oversee the development and implementation of nursing care plans.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.


• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.


• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in long-term care.
