My client, a global architecture firm, is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Austin Office Manager! The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of administrative support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules for key studio members and the office, prioritizing conflicting requests.
Handle email, mail, and follow-up on items requiring attention.
Compile and submit expense reports.
Arrange domestic and international travel for studio teams.
Coordinate studio meetings, speaking engagements, and events.
Prepare RFQ/RFIs and maintain documents.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5+ years of administrative support experience.
Strong multitasking skills.
Previous experience at an architecture firm not required but admired.
