Event Coordination:
Plan and execute company events from start to finish, including registration, supplier coordination, and management invitations.
Handle parking validation for events.
Meeting Scheduling:
Coordinate in-office meetings, ensuring optimal use of executives' time.
Mail Organization and Delivery:
Sort and organize incoming mail.
Ensure timely delivery of important documents.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication via email, Teams, and in-person interactions.
Be responsive and proactive in addressing inquiries.
