Third Way is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to promoting moderate Democratic values and policies. The Senior Director will have the opportunity to lead a critical initiative in creating a Moderate Democratic Talent Bank. This position will create and operate the talent bank to locate, advocate, and promote exceptional candidates and track and monitor government positions for a wide range of positions, including in Democratic administrations, congressional offices, committees, and political campaigns.
Leading this initiative will afford the Senior Director the opportunity to build their own team, partner with Third Way executives, and play an integral role in building a major component of an expanded and more powerful centrist Democratic infrastructure including investments in communications, organizing, and recruitment. Reporting to a Senior Vice President, the Senior Director will determine and approve the execution of the strategy and communicate the organization-wide initiative.
