Remington Hotels, a national provider of hotel management services, is looking for an enthusiastic 401k Administrator that will play a vital role in the Corporate Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for excellence, focuses on details, and enjoys data. The 401K Administrator will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of retirement plans
Annual Benefits Compliance Audits including but not limited to 401K Audits, Retirement, 5500R, etc.
Interface with internal Benefit Audit questions.
ADHOC Benefits Compliance Auditing
Create Standard Operating Manual (SOP) on the Benefits Compliance Analytics.
401k funding and reconciliation
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retirement plan administration and analysis with progressive responsibility required.
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience with ADP or other HCM desired.
Experience with Fidelity or other recordkeeper desired.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
