Location: St. James, MN

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client, a well-established Food Manufacturing company, is currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor at their plant near St. James for their 1st Shift. Come join their team and grow your career!

This is What the Position Entails:

• Direct maintenance personnel and oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies for your shift (Will consider a strong Maintenace Lead Mechanic with good electrical skills)


• 
  Your shift will be from 6 AM to 4 PM.
  


• Lead a group of 5 to 7 technicians.
  
  


• You will ensure the proper working of all systems in the facility.
  
  


• You will supervise a maintenance team to make sure all preventative maintenance activities are completed in a manner that complies with all Company policies and OSHA rules and regulations.


• You will interpret, delegate, and execute the daily preventive maintenance schedule.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma a must (Degree a plus)


• 7 plus years of Industrial Maintenance experience working at a manufacturing plant (Food Manufacturing a plus)


• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Mechanic
  
  


• PLC Troubleshooting experience a must
  
  


• Strong Electrical a must


• Conveyor experience a must


• Facilities Repair a must


• Boilers a plus
  
  


• Ammonia refrigeration a plus


• Union experience a plus


• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
