Role Overview



As a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our business execution function. You'll work collaboratively with members of CB Lending Transformation product groups, Front Line Risk and Control, CB Operations, Risk, Finance, and other teams to identify, articulate, and deliver data solutions that enable key business initiatives and mitigate risk. Your expertise will help us meet our business execution goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• 
  Data Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a key data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting.


• 
  Data Transformation and Remediation: Lead the execution and delivery of data transformational and remediation activities, working closely with the LOB Product team(s) - Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, Lending Collateral, and LOB leaders across the Lending domain of CB and CIB.


• 
  Regulatory Data Product Backlog: Participate in Regulatory Data Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, and pre-planning events, working with the product manager and stakeholders to define the architectural approach, capability roadmap, and high-level objectives for the roadmap.


• 
  E2E Data Supply Chain: Simplify the end-to-end data supply chain (Produce => Distribute => Use) of Lending data for high-priority regulatory reporting (e.g., FRY 14Q, FR 2052a), ensuring no disruption to these high-priority commitments during conversion/transformation.


• 
  Vision and Leadership: Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations.


• 
  Strategic Initiatives: Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
