Sales Support Representative at ManpowerGroup in KAILUA KONA, Hawaii

Job Description:

Ferguson, North America's leading value-added distributor in various end markets including residential and non-residential construction, is looking to hire motivated Sales Support Representatives. These roles are part of a Sales Support Program aimed at developing new hires for long-term success in sales careers within the company.

Schedule/Hours: M-F 6 am - 3:30 pm plus rotating Saturday 

Pay Rate:  Starting $25 and up BOE

Responsibilities:

• Answering sales calls and addressing customer concerns.
• Recommending products and solutions to customers.
• Assisting customers at the parts counter and providing warehouse support.
• Presenting job quotes and providing accurate pricing and inventory information.
• Using CRM and phone systems effectively.
• Collaborating with sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Participating in inventory management tasks such as restocking and inventory counting.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Desire to learn and succeed.
• Passion for collaboration and customer assistance.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships while balancing business and customer needs.
• Quick response to customer needs and timely decision-making.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
