Summary:
The Job scope and complexity of the assigned business is broad and very complex. In this role, the candidate will obtain an advanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls. This person may lead reporting, testing/monitoring, exception/resolution activities, as well as providing guidance and creating policies and procedures. The Product Risk and Compliance Analyst will typically interact directly with department managers and Risk/Audit/Compliance counterparts. This role requires a substantial level of relationship-building and communication skills. This position may also have occasional exposure to regulatory agencies.
Specific responsibilities include:
Establishes and maintains appropriate systems of risk management and internal controls to support audit and compliance requirements and requests
Utilizes appropriate systems for tracking Issues (including audit results, self-identified issues, risk extensions, etc.) through the remediation process
Engineers process workflows and solutions during remediation efforts with stakeholders
Works with the First Line of Defense to map and test high-risk processes
Works with appropriate Subject Matter Experts to interpret policy and procedure changes, updates corresponding Product policies and procedures, establishes appropriate limits or exceptions and tracks the work through completion
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Risk/Audit/Compliance competencies
Strong process facilitation, project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and effective oral and written communication skills
Business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address change
PC literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Ability to work collaboratively with the business line and Risk/Compliance/Audit professionals across the organization
Certifications such as CPA, CCEP, CIA, CFE are preferred, but not required
Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends is preferred, but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
