Our client is a growing healthcare provider that is seeking a proven Director of Patient Access! The right person will be based in Southern California that will come on-site the majority of the week to build a presence with their team.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
3-5+ years of experience in a similar healthcare patient access role.
Experience managing 10+ FTEs.
Demonstrated proven results based on patient service scores, reducing denials, and resolving eligibility or authorizations issues.
Strategic leadership thinking in executing initiatives.
Someone to put a plan and timeline together and really operationalize all the initiatives that are given.
Strong people management skills.
Someone that can build rapport and camaraderie.
Experience building a team.
Experience creating policies and procedures to standardize how the team works together and with other departments.
Experience creating KPIs to measure the team's overall performance and effectiveness.
