Optomi, in partnership with an industry leading construction company, are in search for a Networking Director/Manager for their downtown Atlanta, Georgia office! This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. This candidate will report to the office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Provide support for desktop computers and ensure smooth communication services for all employees.
Oversee updates and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it remains functional and up to date.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for software package implementations and training sessions.
Work closely with the management team to address any network-related issues or concerns.
Assist with ERP system maintenance and provide support as needed.
Act as a point of contact for network-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies, particularly regarding data protection and network access.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong background in network administration and maintenance.
Experience with phone systems and VOIP technology.
Reliable and punctual attendance, with a commitment to in-office work hours.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Infor SXE - CSD.
Comfortable working in a construction industry environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to AWS cloud services.
Proficiency in software package implementation and training.
Knowledge of firewall management and security best practices.
