Junior Data Analyst

Philadelphia, PA

Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Long term Contract

We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst with a passion for learning and a keen interest in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and a blend of technical acumen and communication abilities. As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of healthcare operations, analyzing data to derive insights, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Production Support

  • Execute ETL activities to maintain data integrity and flow.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Health Insurance business to align revenue & billing tool functionalities accordingly.
  • Configure, customize, and upkeep revenue & billing tool features to meet business requirements.
  • Offer ongoing support post-tool implementation to address user queries and optimize system performance.
  • Embrace varied tasks to broaden skills and gain valuable experience within the healthcare and technology sectors.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry with a willingness to learn its intricacies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with ETL tools, specifically SSIS, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases and ERP systems will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred:
  • Familiarity or exposure to Data Management and Business Intelligence (DMB) systems.
  • Understanding or exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
