As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of healthcare operations, analyzing data to derive insights, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Production Support
Execute ETL activities to maintain data integrity and flow.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Health Insurance business to align revenue & billing tool functionalities accordingly.
Configure, customize, and upkeep revenue & billing tool features to meet business requirements.
Offer ongoing support post-tool implementation to address user queries and optimize system performance.
Embrace varied tasks to broaden skills and gain valuable experience within the healthcare and technology sectors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry with a willingness to learn its intricacies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
Experience with ETL tools, specifically SSIS, is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle databases and ERP systems will be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
Familiarity or exposure to Data Management and Business Intelligence (DMB) systems.
Understanding or exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
