We are in search of an adept ERP Program Manager to lead our multi-year transformational program encompassing Oracle Fusion ERP, Commodity Management, and Herd Management. The Program Manager will liaise between the Implementation Team, Steering Committee, and external resource managers, while engaging executive leadership and ensuring program progress.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, define objectives, and conduct risk assessments.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead cross-functional teams, offer guidance, and maintain communication channels.
Implementation and Integration: Drive system implementation, coordinate integration efforts, and monitor project progress.
Change Management: Support change management strategies and facilitate user adoption of new systems and processes.
Education, Training, Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of Program Manager experience in ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, methodologies, and Oracle Fusion expertise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
