Job Description:

SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Murfreesboro, TN in its search for a Business Operations Analyst. The Business Operations Analyst will hold a significant responsibility within the Sales and Operations teams, tasked with spearheading reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational projects crucial for informing strategic decisions and driving growth and profitability. The Business Operations Analyst will leverage a blend of analytical prowess, project management acumen, and database management skills to deliver actionable insights and findings to senior management. Collaborating cross-functionally, the Business Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing systems and tools supporting the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, contributing innovative ideas for process optimization, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

An ideal candidate for the Business Operations Analyst role will possess strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders across the organization, a proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally, adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, and will demonstrate behaviors consistent with organizational values, embodying them in daily work and will be capable of persuading others and driving change across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide robust data analytics that offer invaluable insights for decision-making
  • Develop and disseminate regular and ad hoc reports, tracking goals and achievements
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools to craft actionable dashboards and deliver impactful insights
  • Lead initiatives to enhance sales systems and tools, fostering continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with diverse teams to drive initiatives aligned with delivering exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, or operations
  • Proficiency in database management, with expertise in Excel and PowerBI
  • Ability to design reports in PowerBI, a plus
  • Skilled in managing projects to drive operational improvements
  • Proficient in analyzing data to extract insights and inform decision-making
  • Experienced in maintaining data integrity and accuracy across business systems
