Responsibilities:
Conduct remote notarial acts using digital tools and technology in compliance with Florida state laws
Verify the identity of signatories and ensure the integrity of the signing process
Handle a variety of documents, including but not limited to legal and financial transactions
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients
Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
Maintain detailed records of notarial acts
Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of software and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
Required skills and qualifications:
Remote position - must be a permanent resident of Florida
Certified Remote Online Notary Public in the State of Florida
At least 1 year of experience performing remote online notarizations
Must maintain E&O Insurance Policy
Must be available during regular business hours
Minimum of 10 hours per week of availability required
Strong understanding of the technologies used in remote online notarization
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to analyze and assess situations effectively
Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts
