Your Team
This position will report directly to the Podcast Director and will serve as the crucial link between the director and the production team.
Position Summary
As the Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations throughout the production process. From setting up recording equipment to post-production editing, your attention to detail and technical expertise will be paramount in delivering high-quality podcast episodes and accompanying video content.
Key Responsibilities
Production Setup: Efficiently set up recording equipment, including cameras, lights, and audio gear, to ensure optimal quality during recording sessions.
Equipment Management: Take charge of the care and transportation of all production equipment, maintaining its integrity and functionality.
Content Creation: Film ad reads for various platforms and podcast episodes, ensuring engaging and professional delivery.
Post-Production Editing: Conduct meticulous post-production editing of podcast episodes, incorporating graphics, ad reads, and other elements to deliver a polished final product for posting.
Media Management: Manage all podcast files, ensuring they are organized and accessible within the designated drive.
Directing: Provide direction and guidance during recording sessions to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
Vlog Filming: Capture footage for vlogs in both short form and long form, maintaining consistency with brand standards.
Project Management: Update Asana with weekly objectives and deliverables to keep the team aligned and on track.
Asset Delivery: Deliver all necessary video assets for podcast episodes, vlogs, lifestyle content, and any other video requests, including editing and reformatting as needed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a meticulous and versatile professional who orchestrates seamless production processes, from setup to post-production, ensuring high-quality content delivery across multiple platforms. He or she has previous experience and has the following competencies:
1. Experience:
Previous experience in podcast production or related fields is preferred.

Proficiency in setting up and operating recording equipment.
Strong editing skills, with experience in post-production software.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
