Job Description:

As a member of our front desk team, you establish a patient's first impression both in person and over the phone. Going above and beyond for our patients is a crucial element in making them feel at home, whether they are planning their next visit or spending time with us in the office. In this role we expect you to be friendly, efficient, fast-paced, and team focused.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Warmly greet all patients upon arrival.
• Promptly answer and triage all incoming calls in a pleasant and courteous manner.
• Schedule, cancel and confirm appointments.
• Review and manage the daily appointment schedule for all providers.
• Check patients in, assist with check-in as required.
• Effectively communicate patient arrivals to Medical Assistants
• Check patients out, collect payments as required.
• Manage and effectively promote reward programs (Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire).
• Manage internal referral and review programs.
• Receive packages as delivered by carriers. Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of waiting areas, front desk, and employee break areas.
• Provide other administrative support to managers and employees as required.
• Understand all services offered and educate patients as required.
• Recommend after care products and treatments based upon product knowledge and services received.
• Assist the Patient Concierge Manager with assigned tasks.
• Quote services as required.
• Assist the Director of Creative Media with review program and any assigned tasks.
• Assist Medical Assistants with patient photographs, "rooming", and in-room turnover as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of at least one (1) year of front desk experience in the medical field required. Background in an aesthetics field is preferred.
• Extensive customer experience required.

Education:
  • BA/BS Degree in a scientific, health related, or business administration program, or equivalent combination of education plus work experience, is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
