A venture capital firm, is seeking a full-time Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our in-person San Francisco team at our new SOMA location. Successful applicants will be creative problem-solvers and self-starters willing to contribute to all aspects of the firm. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a positive employee experience and an immaculate office environment
The job will entail managing all aspects of the office, including events and vendors. We expect to host two or three events per month. In addition, as the executive assistant for the firm's two principals, the job includes managing travel plans, scheduling, and related administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
Onsite Monday through Friday at San Francisco, CA office
Event Planning - coordinate company events, meetings, and gatherings
Qualifications:
More than two years of executive assistant, admin, or office management/admin experience is preferred. We will also consider other roles with relevant experience in complex calendar management, inbox management, office coordination, documentation, project support, or event planning.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and support team members across different time zones
Must be proactive and have the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives
Exceptional attention to detail is required
Must be proficient with G-Suite (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
Location: This is a fully in-person position at our San Francisco office.
Compensation: Full-time position with an annual salary of $85,000.00 - $115,000 plus full health insurance and PTO. The actual compensation for this role may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, and other qualifications
