CFO and COO

This position entails dual responsibilities overseeing both the financial and operational aspects of Authright. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Authright, ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Working closely with the CEO, you will provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to drive the overall success of the company.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in senior executive roles, with a track record of success in both finance and operations leadership
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and clarifying expectations effectively.
  • Good marketing skills and business sense, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey product value effectively to diverse audiences
  • Decisiveness in considering options, anticipating outcomes, and making choices that positively impact the company
  • Financial management proficiency for strategic decision-making, budget considerations, and business account management
  • Ability to predict and mitigate financial risks effectively

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Set clear and achievable goals for performance and growth in line with the company's vision.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with target customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Lead and evaluate employees to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with partners to support business objectives and enhance collaboration.
  • Participate in expansion activities, including investments and corporate alliances, to drive growth and diversification.
  • Introduce initiatives to identify and address areas of company losses, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to key stakeholders, providing insights and updates as required.
  • Control the company's capital structure to optimize financial resources and support strategic initiatives.
