Growing, transactional boutique law firm with HQ in Manhattan Beach, CA is looking for a motivated and experienced law firm administrator to serve as the firm's President. Candidate will be responsible for all firm administrative functions and managing the firm's P&L. Strong understanding of finance/excel and law firm billing required. Firm is growing and looking for a key team member who will help implement policies and procedures to support that growth. Opportunity to work in a boutique environment with great people and without Big Law bureaucracy.
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and impeccable organizational skills are critical to this position.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of law firm management
Specific law firm experience with:
HR
401k/profit sharing
Billing
Finances including accounting, bookkeeping AP, AR and collections
Base Salary: $100-$150K
