Our Sales Designers are the heart of our business. As experts in our design offerings & solutions, they connect with existing & potential customers to drive new business.
As a Sales Designer, your entrepreneurial spirit has unlimited potential. You'll work on commission based on new business you bring to Bella, and your earning potential is unlimited. Our ideal candidate has experience in home renovation and interior design, with business acumen & a drive to exceed sales goals.
You will partner with customers in our state-of-the-art showroom, engage with them to understand their wants, design the envisioned space, and share innovative solutions to solve problems. This role is unique because you get to work with the customer through the design and the project management portion of an interior design project.

Responsibilities:
Follow and adhere to the Bella Domicile Sales Process
Greets prospects on the sales floor to determine need, budget and decision making
Develops new opportunities by building relationships with home builders, remodeling contractors, architects and allied professionals
Initial Showroom consultations with GBB budget analysis
Approval of design retainers, estimates and sales contracts
Coordinate projects with contractors
Attend industry related meetings and events
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating consistent leads
Prepare yearly individual sales goals and forecasts
Requirements:
Associate's Degree or greater in Interior Design or related field preferred
2+ years' of related work experience
Willing to work onsite (with reasonable day-to-day flexibility) in Madison, WI
