We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient individual to assume the position of System Admin/Head of CRM & ERP. As a vital member of our organization, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and enhancing our computer systems and networks. Your role will encompass the installation, configuration, and resolution of technical issues related to our essential software. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for technical support, new employee training, and account provisioning.
Responsibilities:
Actively enhance and maintain internal systems, including Salesforce, SAP Business One, Shopify, SPS Commerce and Fishbowl Inventory.
Ensuring smooth operations of business systems, including inventory and logistics, across all domestic and foreign manufacturing and warehousing facilities
Implementing automation workflows to streamline operations and sales using automation tools (eg. Zapier, Make)
Address and resolve urgent technical issues promptly.
Provision new users and provide basic training to new employees on system usage.
Document technical processes and implement well-documented SOPs.
Present efficiency-improving solutions to management.
Collaborate with a global team when necessary.
Quickly adapt to new systems and tools to support other departments.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business information systems, specifically CRM and ERP.
Experienced with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience with SPS Commerce and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Strong competency in automation tools including Zapier and Make
Strong data manipulation skills (eg. taking an Excel file from a vendor, sanitizing the data and importing it into Fishbowl Inventory)
Clear and effective communication skills, both in writing and in person.
Experience with remote management apps including Remote Desktop, Teamviewer
Strong knowledge of SQL
Deploying and managing a NAS (network attached storage) drive
Strong project management and cross-functional skills.
Creative thinker willing to explore new approaches.
Agile and adaptable to changing circumstances.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team.
Eagerness to achieve success in projects of varying scales.
Preferred background in engineering.
System Administration Duties:
Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems and networks
Implement security measures to safeguard data, software, and hardware.
Perform regular backups and execute disaster recovery procedures.
Configuring access VPN for team members
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience deploying & maintaining CRM & ERP solutions for large scale enterprises
Proficiency in Windows & Linux operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V).
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
Knowledge of DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with load balancing concepts and techniques.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
