Job Description for Senior Technical Lead (Onsite) - Digital Marketing Program - (GMP, GA, GTM and SEO role )

• GMP Roles and Responsibilities: • Strong experience in Digital marketing, Google Analytics, GTM, Google ads, SEO, Pay per click analysis, KPIs tracking, data analysis, strong communication. • Excellent in Analysing performance data and optimized campaigns for better performance. • Analytics strategy • Analytics dashboarding skills • Apart from GA4 and GTM, Tools like hotjar, SiteInprove etc • Executed tests, collected, and analysed data and identified trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI. • Experience in Monitoring competitors' activity to identify any new strategies that may affect business goals. • Successfully developed and implemented digital marketing campaigns across a variety of social media channels to drive growth and customer engagement. • Well designed and implemented SEO and PPC strategies to increase brand visibility and website traffic. • Collaborated with team members to develop effective strategies to optimize website user experience and maximize conversions.

• Qualifications: • 8-10 years' experience working in a marketing or related role. • Experience managing marketing email campaigns. • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation system. • Familiarity with Salesforce or any other similar CRM. • Demonstrated experience working in an analytics/data-driven roles.
