Must-haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Experience leading multiple agile teams
- Able to perform fullstack development for proof of concepts and platform enablement using
- Backend: Java 11
- Frontend: React or Angular
- Experience architecting technological solutions using REST APIs, Microservices, and containerized workloads (Docker)
- Experienced at cloud-native architecture and design with AWS
- Experience explaining and recommending technical solutions in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand.
- Previous experience working on an application development team.

- MS Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Insurance Industry Knowledge
- Experience using React Native
