Join our client's company and assume a crucial role as a Senior Accountant, responsible for providing expert financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to drive informed decision-making.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include:
Financial analysis and illuminate KPIs
Developing precise financial models and forecasts for budgeting, planning, and reviews
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize finances and enhance revenue
Creating customized financial reports, presentations, and dashboards
Proactively monitoring financial performance, identifying trends, and proposing improvements
Assisting in budget preparation, conducting variance analysis, and generating performance reports
Evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing financial justifications
Contributing to improving financial processes, systems, and controls
Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
Participating in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant include:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar finance role
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex financial data
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
