The Neighborhood Assistant is Nursing Assistant Registered; part of a self-directed, cross trained team. Each team member is trained in direct resident care, housekeeping, laundry, dietary and activity functions following facility policies, procedures, and programs. A holistic approach will be taken to coordinate resident/patient centered care in a home like environment.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) Education and/or years experience required: -On MN Nursing Assistant Registry -Good communication skills -Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred -High school diploma or equivalent preferred. -Housekeeping and/or Food Service experience desirable. Licensure/Certifications required: -Nursing Assistant certified -CPR certification desirable.
