A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
A strong performer in this role will effectively apply our culture and MBM® management philosophy to excel at:
Providing point of contact for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Determining operational needs by gathering information, studying business functions, analyzing requirements and evaluating output requirements.
Handling support for critical manufacturing applications.
Working with developers and other business analysts on current practices; identifying improvements; designing modifications; knowledge shares of cross divisional systems and projects.
Working with local account managers and IT support groups to support or enhance applications or projects.
Working directly with key operations and business leaders to automate and optimize processes.
Experimenting with new technologies and solutions, enhancing our knowledge of innovation and opportunities.
Passion for creating solutions; motivating others and someone who can lead change.
What You Will Need:
At least 2 years experience in application development and/or business analysis.
At least 2 years experience in conceptual modeling of the business view of solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
Experience in working under pressure on multiple projects to meet milestone deadlines.

Experience in Microsoft SQL Server toolsets.
Experience in project management methodology.
Experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
Experience gathering customer ideas/requirements and translating into effective solutions.
