A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


A strong performer in this role will effectively apply our culture and MBM® management philosophy to excel at:

  • Working with end users and our support and development teams to deliver IT business solutions.


  • Providing point of contact for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.




  • Determining operational needs by gathering information, studying business functions, analyzing requirements and evaluating output requirements.




  • Handling support for critical manufacturing applications.




  • Working with developers and other business analysts on current practices; identifying improvements; designing modifications; knowledge shares of cross divisional systems and projects.




  • Working with local account managers and IT support groups to support or enhance applications or projects.




  • Working directly with key operations and business leaders to automate and optimize processes.




  • Experimenting with new technologies and solutions, enhancing our knowledge of innovation and opportunities.




  • Passion for creating solutions; motivating others and someone who can lead change. 




 

What You Will Need:



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.


  • At least 2 years experience in application development and/or business analysis.




  • At least 2 years experience in conceptual modeling of the business view of solutions.




  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.




  • Experience in working under pressure on multiple projects to meet milestone deadlines.



  • The role is office-based but will require significant interaction with the production floor operations and travel to meet different internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in SharePoint or web development.


  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server toolsets.




  • Experience in project management methodology.




  • Experience supporting a manufacturing environment.




  • Experience gathering customer ideas/requirements and translating into effective solutions.




  • Experience in mentoring and coaching with demonstrated leadership competencies.




  • Experience with mobile technology.




  • Experience with IoT.



  • Experience with predictive analytics.
