• Troubleshoot issues on multiple computer platforms: Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices 

• Provide advanced support for multiple enterprise applications including: e-mail, calendar scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, Internet browsers, as well as specialized department-specific applications 
• Experience with creating, modifying, and updating images as well as other methods of OS installation 
• Experience providing services to organizations spread across multiple locations and collaborating remotely with staff in remote locations 
• Provide end user support for various models of the iPhone, Android, and other Active Sync mobile devices 
• Experience supporting and administering a corporate VOIP phone system 
• Experience with creating and managing accounts in Active Directory and Exchange 
• Experience supporting a video conferencing system 
• Good knowledge of various hardware types and form factors 
• Ensure that resolutions are consistent with company standards 
• Prefer 5+ years IT experience, including technical training 
• Self-starter and fanatical about providing excellent customer service, follow-through, and ongoing communication to internal customers 
• Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications 
• Advanced knowledge of Macintosh and Linux platforms 
• Experience in using PC-based word processing, presentation, and e-mail software preferred 
• Knowledge of network configurations: LAN, WLAN, Wireless, VPN, and VLAN 
• Experience with using PC-based spreadsheet software sufficient to develop formulas, complete calculations across multiple worksheets, and use functions preferred 
• Excellent with procedural and process oriented documentation 
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally and work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations 
• Experience interfacing with a variety of vendors and submitting purchasing requisitions 
• Excellent knowledge in server side network configurations, patch cabling, and other network related tasks 
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, both written and verbally 
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks among many competing requests 
• Experience working in or supporting a call center or help desk environment 
• MCP, MCSE, A+ Certifications, and knowledge of UNIX systems is a plus 
• Experience with Telephony and Audio Visual Support 
• Aptitude for learning 
• Ability to work in teams and in a team environment 
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
