Job Description:

Position Title: CRA Compliance Manager

Business Unit: Compliance

Reports to: Corporate Community Development Officer

Position Overview:

The position is primarily responsible for ensuring Bank compliance with the technical elements of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). This includes annual updates of the Bank's electronic CRA Public File, conducting CRA impact analysis of branch opening and closings in low or moderate income (LMI) areas, ensuring timely completion and submission of applicable CRA regulatory filings and advising community development and Bank staff on technical aspects of the CRA. Additional responsibilities include facilitating community partnerships with external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensures CRA Technical Compliance by assisting the Community Reinvestment department on an ongoing basis in ensuring the Bank complies with the technical elements of the CRA regulations.

Coordinates annual updates of the Bank's electronic CRA Public File as well as conducts impact analysis of branch openings and closings, conducts loan to deposit ratio analysis and conducts geographic dispersion analysis.

Prepares and maintains CRA documentation on Bank community development activities.

Represents the Bank in various community functions to further enhance its image and to develop and promote additional business relationships.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
