Job Description:

Responsible for the company's staffing functions. Ensures company's staffing requirements are met for internal positions and/or external client projects. Monitors personnel in relation to all staffing issues, including, but not limited to, availability, utilization, forecasting, attrition, and position openings.

Individual will partner with the Global Talent Team to support Talent/HR initiatives. Oversees new hire process including background check/drug initiation and investigations and monitoring of virtual on-boarding process in applicant tracking system and external Background Checking Tool(s). Partner with Global Talent teams to ensure consistent Onboarding, Background Checking, & ensure that overall New Hire experience is 'best in class'. Assists with data entry and reporting from the applicant tracking system as required. Updates internal and external job postings as necessary. Creates Recruitment reports on regular basis as required. Individual will have the opportunity to develop end to end Recruiting skills with potential to support a Business Unit within the organization. May oversee the Employee Referral Process. May open requisitions for Talent Acquisition Specialists as required. Other Responsibilities: Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (up to 20>). High school diploma plus nominal experience providing human resources or administrative support; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline preferred. Familiarity with an ATS/HRIS system is required. Strong communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build team relationships with line management, employees, and HR team at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet frequent deadlines is essential. Strong customer services skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
