We do that through developing Global marketing plans and activating the associated programs and campaigns effectively in marketing. The Marketing Services Group manages and coordinates programs, resources, tools and standards to deliver on marketing objectives.
Bose Corporation has an exciting new opportunity for a talented Marketing Project Manager supporting our Marketing Services (MSV) Department.
This role will focus on three key areas:
You will be responsible for the planning, execution and localization of our global marketing programs and projects with excellence. Eye for detail and accuracy is a must. You will be overseeing the day-to-day management of specific projects to ensure they are delivered according to plan and on time, globally. You will own the detailed planning and are responsible for reporting on the status to your stakeholders. You will drive online and offline projects from inception thru client approvals, and manage localization and versioning of these assets based on the marketing needs in region. Key stakeholders will be our marketing experts and you will work closely with our internal creative agency, as well as external vendors for localization and production.
You will support the MSV department and the internal creative agencies to work on continuous improvement to drive effectiveness between the 2 departments. It will have a focus on workflows / processes and improvement of the project management tool to support our way of working across multiple departments, globally. You will act as the global lead in this area, and work with management to identify opportunities to increase efficiency thru piloting new approaches, and then drive and communicate changes throughout the organization. You must be able to be firm and process-focused, as well as have strong relationship and interpersonal skills do drive positive adoption of changes.
You will own and manage Project Manager resource planning. You will manage the MSV PMs workload by allocating all projects to the right project manager based on time, capabilities and location. You will support the internal agency with forecasting of workload by providing early visibility of projects and scope, all using the project management tool. You will communicate closely with resource planners in our internal agency to improve our ability to meet the needs of the global marketing organization.
We would love to connect with you if you have the following background and expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account manager in a global agency or in-house marketing department
- At least 3 years of experience in operations focused role, preferably in a marketing agency, or communications department
- Experience working in a global organization
- Experience in multiple forms of project management (waterfall, agile, kanban, lean, etc.)
- Experience in using cloud or software based program management office systems is a plus
- Digital marketing experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required in related discipline.
