Sr. Channel Marketing Project Specialist

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Channel Marketing Project Specialist to join our Homes Channel Marketing team.

The Sr. Channel Marketing Project Specialist supports our residential Connected
Home business. This position works closely with Sales, Marketing Communications, and Product Marketing to drive top line growth through channel optimization and exposure.

Key deliverables include channel NPI strategy/execution, program/project
management, market segmentation, channel analysis and marketing communications
support. As a key member of the channel team, this role is expected to be the
project manager for channel marketing strategies and drive return on investment
for all marketing activities to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
Scope includes connected home software, mobile applications, smart home
partnerships, and services.

Candidates must be passionate about connected/smarthome and have channel marketing experience.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree

• MBA preferred

• Experienced as a project manager of marketing programs. A software focus is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrate the ability to deliver the product/service value proposition to customers in varied segments in multiple channels.

• Experience in market segmentation and analysis along with implementing targeted marketing campaigns for specific segments.

• P&L understanding; utilized to manage programs, products, and services offered to a channel

• Exposure to growing businesses through traditional channel media, social media, and progressive channel management tools/services.

• Excellent writing and program management skills enable success in this fast paced and dynamic business.

• Balanced passion about technology and marketing
