Position Summary: Responsible for general direction, leadership and team performance of the Logistics Team including Shipping, Receiving, and Stock Room departments. Commercial, military and hazardous packaging both domestic and international. Oversee incoming shipments received at the receiving dock. Receive, check, identify and store materials. Oversee the Government Property located in the stocking area. Daily support in packaging and processing of shipments is required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in commercial and military packaging. Bachelors degree in business or materials management required. APICS Certification preferred. Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities. Must have advanced computer skills and be able to understand electronic processing. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
