The Assistant Controller will manage financial processes to meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin of the department. Help prepare annual hotel budget that accurately reflects the hotel s operations plan. Anticipate revenue/cost problems. Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis. This position impacts cash flow by effective management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable at the hotel level. It will also manage all financial processes to ensure hotel profitability and compliance with accepted practices.
BA or BS degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
3+ year experience in the industry.
Required statistics math level.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
