The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining high quality, customer focused infusion pharmacy services in alignment with the organization’s strategic planning priorities. This individual will provide coordination, supervision and expertise to Pharmacy Services as outlined in the principle duties and responsibilities. In addition to operational oversight, this position is responsible for business development activities including the 340b discount program, medication therapy management services, and home managed patient treatment.

The ideal candidate possesses at least two of supervisory retail operational and/or infusion pharmacy experience required.  Staff pharmacist experience as an infusion pharmacist required.  A Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.  Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of California are required.  Graduate of a hospital or pharmacy management residency is preferred.
 
Demonstrated application of California Pharmacy law, California Department of Health Services Title XXII, CMS & DEA regulations and Joint Commission standards to business operations and patient care services. Knowledge and understanding of operational workflows, data analysis, and business development.
 
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and produce positive outcomes. 
Prepared to communicate verbally and through written expression with executive leadership, management, and front line staff.  Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. 
Demonstrated service-orientation, with sensitivity to customer needs and who views his/her department as vitally supportive to internal and external customers.
