This role will be responsible for day to day oversight of the existing OMNI capabilities which currently makeup 6% of eCommerce sales. The role will monitor performance of existing and newly introduced OMNI capabilities. They will create visibility through metric scorecards which can be shared with stores, managers and district managers to drive accuracy and improved performance. Through monitoring of the products and providing visibility to the metrics, this role should improve utilization of the products, increase accuracy and adherence to SLAs and improve the overall customers experience contributing to an improved adoption.
- Creating scorecards on key performance metrics and distributing these to retail ops, store and district managers.
- Holding monthly and quarterly metric reviews with identified stakeholders of the OMNI tools to discuss overall performance and opportunity.
- Complete UAT for new features related to OMNI tools and ensure the features meet the desired functionality. New features identified will be coordinated with Retail Ops to ensure inclusion in store procedures.
- Handling campaign specific setups of OMNI tools for special use and reporting back to stakeholders on overall effectiveness.
