Provides support by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts, and reports. Completes complex financial models and data extractions for decision making purposes. Acts as the financial liaison/consultant to various business units within the Group Practice. Interacts with senior leaders and takes responsibility for assignments with large financial impact around repatriation opportunities and other cost saving projects. Assists with building budgets and completing monthly financial analytics. Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion. Deliverables should demonstrate sound judgment/logic and overall accuracy.

Qualifications

Education

Minimum Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Finance, or related fields

Preferred Education

Masters’ Degree Master's Degree: MBA or MSF

Knowledge/Skills

Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Demonstrated working knowledge and skills in financial modeling

Demonstrated working knowledge and skills in the principles and practices of accounting which would include a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Demonstrated the ability to create meaningful financial reports that are actionable -Familiarity of financial transaction flow within operational and financial systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Proven analytical ability

Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Ability to identify and solve problems.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Working knowledge of SQL, BI, Tableau

Experience

Minimum Experience Requirements

2 years business/finance experience. May consider some combination of education and experience in lieu of years of experience.

Preferred Experience

4 years business/finance experience in a large healthcare or insurance industry setting
