IT/Technical Business Systems Analyst II at CompuCom

We would love to have you join our team in our Louisville office. The Business Systems Analyst II is for tools provisioning and test and turn up customer support. The BS II Analyst will have admin access to all applications as tools provisioning is ticket based work which includes adding, changing, moving or deleting devices in our tools. In addition to ticket work, emailed requests for adding devices to the tools are received and processed daily on a rotation schedule by members of the team.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm

Account creation and removal - account management within our tools are audited
Requests are submitted by ticket with an approval process and account maintenance follows a specific procedure
Documenting all creation and updates
Test and turn up support for highly visible customers is provided "on-demand" by email or phone following a specific documented process working with the customer/customer's vendor to ensure communications are established between the customer's environment, our network and tools.
Logging into the customer's network to update information into various tools and databases.

Must have experience with and be proficient with EMC Smarts, NCM.
Service Now and RIM Clarify experience Desired.
Must have L1 NOC experience supporting remote customers, including Test and turn up support for network connectivity to new devices.
This is a customer and vendor facing position requiring excellent customer service skills.
Candidate must have a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
CCNA is preferred but not required
