We are seeking a Rental Manager for one of our branch offices located in Brooklyn. This position is an integral part of the Management team. The Rental Manager will work closely with the Senior Managing Director in the execution of the business plan, in order to achieve our office production goals. The normal work schedule will include weekends.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Conduct New Agent Orientations
• Assist in managing Agent recruitment process and Agent retention and generate office leads and increase production numbers.
• Assist Agents in growing their business and developing strategies.
• Assist in Agent training.
• Partner with the Senior Managing Directors in handling client inquiries and customer complaints.
• Enter and maintain rental and sales deals in our proprietary systems on a daily basis.
• Handle ad call and/or walk-in clients; pair the client with the most appropriate Agent.
• Organize rental property tours for Agents and handle web ads.
• Generate deal information and close out deals in our proprietary systems.
• Real Estate license a must, with at least 3 + years of working experience in Real Estate is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience.
• Excellent communication, written, oral and presentation skills including effective managerial skills.
• 2-3 years working in a managerial capacity is a plus.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent coaching skills.
• Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to defuse difficult situations in a calm manner.
