We are seeking a Technical System Analyst for the Solutions Delivery Department.
Reporting to the IT Solutions Delivery Manager, this key role is responsible for the technical and integration maintenance of technical initiatives and projects. The Technical Systems Analyst is accountable for working with business units and project teams such as the R&D team (Avant-Garde) to accomplish seamless integration and support of new technologies and innovations. Provides knowledge and expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies including servers, storage, backup systems, networking, and security at a Tier 3 level. Serves as an escalation point for technical issues related to new initiatives in operations as well as to the operational infrastructure already in place.

- Knowledge of Information Technology environments, support and technologies.
- Extensive (Tier 3 Level) knowledge of PC, server, network, storage, and backup technologies.
