Job Description:

Candidate will serve as the One Army School System (OASS) intuitional training coordinator and Quality Assurance manager for the HAATS. Plans and executes critical OASS programs to ensure OASS accreditation, student training, instructor certification, and staff/faculty development. Candidate will execute all subtasks within the PWS in accordance with priorities and suspense established by the Contractor Task Manager.

Coordinate with TRADOC, proponent schools, NGB, training institutions, and HAATS course managers in order to manage the courseware program for all courses taught at the HAATS. Develop and manage Programs of Instruction (POI), Course Management Plans (CMP), Student Evaluation Plans (SEP), Lesson Plans (LP), Flight Training Guides (FTG), and Exceptions to Policy (ETP).

Perform updates to existing Programs of Instruction (POIs) as required by changes to HAATS mission. Develop POIs for new courses at HAATS. POI updates and creation will be conducted IAW current directives from Proponent and DoTD at Ft. Rucker, AL. Task completion occurs when AATS receives a DoTD signed version of the POI and the course is created in ATRRS.

Ensure all courseware meets TRADOC standards and the most current, approved courseware is being used for training standardization and OASS accreditation. Maintain classroom material IAW TD 350-10. Ensure each student training book is standardized and matching. Update student training book to reflect changes in the Ground School presentation.

Manages instructor certification and ensure it is performed in accordance with TRADOC standards. Coordinates with TRADOC proponent schools to obtain instructor certification.

Validate instructor certification and participate as a member during instructor certification boards. Conduct instructor assessments as determined by the OASS coordinator.

Manage paper and electronic instructor records for all HAATS instructors to ensure all required instructor documentation records are complete to TRADOC standards for standardization and OASS accreditation IAW TD 350-10. Review records for deficiencies 25% quarterly, IAW appropriate 350 series Army Regulation.

Manage the overall HAATS Test Control Program, Officers and Administrators IAW TRADOC standards and OASS accreditation requirements.

Develop and manage control measures for the HAATS test control program to ensure all test control procedures are followed. Ensure all records are established, maintained, and destroyed to TRADOC standards.

Maintain Instructor Training Manual and ensure parallel copy matches for Visitor Reference Manual.

Provide instructor professional development a minimum of quarterly, IAW 350 Series Army Regulations.

Serve as an Automated Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) Administrator for the HA ATS.

Coordinate with TRADOC, proponent schools, and training institutions for all ASAT related issues. Develop and maintain courseware in ASAT/TDT program in accordance with TRADOC standards.

Maintain and update the AATS OASS SOP in accordance TD 350-10 and the HAATS business practices.

Conduct random classroom visits to observe training and ensure compliance with instructor certification and courseware in accordance with TRADOC standards for standardization and OASS accreditation.

Develop and recommend official correspondence, briefings, presentations, spreadsheets, reports and databases to support OASS mission requirements. Ensures all work is accomplished to current Army standards.

Conduct a 10% monthly records review of all flight training records, student records, and individual training records, to ensure all records meet Accreditation, ARMS, and Training standards. Records reviews will be conducted utilizing an HAATS provided checklist and provided checklist and applicable Army Regulations.

Required Skills:
HS Diploma.
Functional experience with computer programs; Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
Good verbal, written, and audiovisual communication skills.
Familiar with ATRRS and student management.
Familiar with TRAS documents (courseware); POI, CMP, SEP and LP
Familiar with TRADOC 350 series regulations
Familiar with classroom instruction and OASS. Experience as an Army instructor and/or Army course manager preferred.
Must be ABIC or ITC and SGI qualified.
Familiar with Blackboard capabilities.
Experience in protocol preparation, development of directives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scheduling, and records management.
Familiar with Army Aviation Terminology.
Must have an active Secret security clearance and be able to maintain throughout employment.
