What You'll Do
CompuCom is seeking a dynamic Training Manager for is new Headquarters in Ft. Mill, SC. The Training Manager will report into the Director of Training for the Centralized Service Operations, and will lead a team of global designers and trainers to support our operational success.
The Training Manager will support Centralized Service Operations initiatives and act as the Subject Matter Expert and internal consultant to deliver on projects that improve the people, processes and systems/tools that support client service delivery.
The Manager will assist in growing a learning and performance-based organization through identifying business process gaps, learning needs, and business transformation opportunities. The Manager must have a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities, reporting and analyzing metrics, working well in an operational environment, and delivering results that improve client satisfaction.
Remote team management and project delivery
Delivering/ development of onboarding for multiple locations
Needs assessment and full ADDIE (or SAM) process of management and leadership development
Innovating training delivery methods (from instructor-led to e-learning or virtual delivery)
Continual service improvement of training and knowledge projects
Transitioning clients to our systems
Reporting, defining metrics and KPI's
Who You Are
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years Training Management experience or 5+ years in Training or Learning and Development
Adept training project manager that can take various inputs and produce desirable outcomes
Some E-learning design and delivery (any platform/ software, Articulate 360, Camtasia)
Consistent and confidence in delivering training to all levels of the organization
Operational experience and understanding challenges of that environment
Concise and effective communication across the organization
Willingness to take on new challenges from inception to delivery/ reporting
Accountability for the work product
Ability to travel (25-50% potentially, as business requires) and availability to adjust schedule based on business needs
Project Management/ Instructional Design methods (formal training not necessary, experience a plus)
Delivery of New Hire/ Onboarding, Management, Leadership and Operational Learning through various methods (online, in-person, e-learning)
