Continued growth in TCCS requires that thorough process documentation be developed and maintained, and that a process change management system be implemented at every location


  • New process documentation and change management approach

  • Complete thorough process documentation for every TCCS facility

  • Process flow diagrams

  • Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)

  • Plant equipment layout

  • Equipment list

  • Process Specifications exist for all products

  • Identify critical parameters

  • Establish common format

  • Collaborate with Developers

  • Policies and Procedures established and implemented for how to manage the change process

  • Clearly documented in a manual

  • Regular reviews, updated, meetings

  • Ensure proper IP management at plant locations

  • Establish policies and procedures for formula and process

  • Work with plants to implement and maintain

  • R&D participation for Operational Improvement

  • Maintain list of plant driven improvement

  • Assist and participate in projects, manage Change Process


  • At a minimum, candidates should possess a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering or a related engineering field

  • 3-5 years of Process Engineering experience

  • Second language preferred (Mandarin or Spanish)

  • Demonstrated organizational and documenting skills

  • Must enjoy extensive international travel (up to 50% of the time)
