Are you a passionate, dedicated and a motivated Associated Business Process Analyst looking for a new challenge? The Dedicated Team is responsible for providing concierge "white glove" support to our dedicated accounts. The Dedicated Team will support the Strategic Partner Services & Solutions Team to drive standardization, sustainability, and implement value-add services and solutions. This role also maintains customer relationships to increase and sustain Medtronic's overall competitive advantage.

The position includes, but is not limited to, review of pricing discrepancies on weekly purchase, review weekly audits and identify new accounts that need to be created and pricing aligned, audit and maintain accurate pricing Single Price Book contracts, facilitate calls with customer or field sales representatives to resolve discrepancies, ensure tasks for onboarding facilities into our Partnership Agreement are on time and completed accurately, produce item master reports for the customer to valid pricing and item attributes in their system.

A Day in the Life

In a typical day, the Associate Business Process Analyst is responsible for auditing and reviewing pricing discrepancies and customer alignment to take the necessary corrective actions. Review processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities, facilitate calls with the customer or field sales representatives to resolve discrepancies, ensure tasks for onboarding facilities into our Partnership Agreement are on time and completed accurately, produce item master reports for the customer to valid pricing and item attributes in their system.


  • Analyze account and pricing data and work with key stakeholders to uphold its integrity.

  • Run pricing reports and contract eligibility reports as requested to support business model conversion for all strategic customer accounts.

  • Research pricing discrepancies and maintain database for all key strategic customers supported by the Pricing Specialist.

  • Supports business model conversions and executing actions through the use of project management methodologies.

  • Gather account information, analyze and determine next steps for maintenance to consolidate and streamline customer account data.

  • Data entry and modification related to customer accounts to support restructuring of strategic model.

  • Facilitate conference calls with customers and key stakeholders in support of business model conversions from a pricing and contracts perspective.

  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends as well as recommend and implement solutions.


  • Utilize continuous improvement methodology including metrics, scorecards, and dashboards.

  • Support special project participation.

  • Serve as a liaison with business stakeholders to maintain customer and product synchronization.

  • Update Standard Operating Procedures to reflect current policies, procedures, and data standards.

  • Perform additional duties as directed.

    Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) or other data mining analytics tools

    Nice to Haves

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, team oriented skills

  • Solid understanding of at least one of the following data domains; product, customer, or pricing.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision supporting all data research, preparation, entry and validation.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.

  • Experience with Sequel Viewpoint, Tableau and/or

  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE)
