Application Support Analyst
Purpose: The Application Support Analyst will provide support for all business line applications including but not limited to our ERP information system. This position will become a subject matter expert in all business line applications, provide training, support application issues, requests, implementations and upgrades while assisting in monitoring and maintain system performance and controls. Incumbents will also be able to create and run database queries, create reports and dashboards using a variety of tools, while supporting end users on how to efficiently operate and use functionality of our software applications.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business management or business technology field or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in a systems support or development role strongly preferred.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience supporting an ERP environment strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing or supporting Information Systems or Decision Support Systems, specifically ERP preferred.
