As a key contributor on the Commercial Business Finance team, the Business Operations Manager will lead a team of specialists to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer accounts. The manager is responsible for leading overall initiatives to drive revenue recovery, ensure subscriber accuracy, and drive productivity of the team.
-Lead team of two supervisors and 10+ specialists, both employees and contractors
-Hire, develop and lead training efforts of all team members
-Collaborate with appropriate business owners to drive process changes
-Develop business cases and ROI models for projects as necessary
-Presentation to leadership on project or process improvement objective, timelines and costs
-Maintain overall project timeline and key business owners action items
-Demonstrated team leadership experience
-Self-starter with ability to make decisions with minimal guidance
-Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive to closure
-Proven ability to collaborate with multiple functional groups
-Previous B2B telecom/cable experience preferred
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
-Knowledge of CSG and SalesForce preferred
